Gender discrimination in leading and team management



it has been ages since guys have been leading the world. but as the female were to pursue path of the guys have been taken since the beginning of time from adam & eve until current. but nowadays, most of the female have been able to lead and manage a team for example a master mariner which is a female has a very less population compare to the male master mariner. nevertheless, there are presence of a female leader on it.

it does not stop the female to being walk on the same level as the male. but to achieve that they have to understand the criteria for being a leader. the charisma as a leader so that the followers would believe in him/ her for the decision making.

as such, there is no doubt that women are able to do guys able to.

hi guys, today i would like to tell the 3 security level of International Ship Port Facilities Security. so there are 3 level of security which level 1,2,3. the securities is tighten countdown with the number. number 3 is the highest security level and number 1 is the lowest.  google image - ISPS code so what is security number 1? google image - isps level 1 so according to marineinsight , level 1 is a normal security level, so what happen in the normal security level, the ship must execute: In normal level, both ships and port operations are carried out in general way.
