  3. Receive the message

    • Identify key points in the message.
    • Value constructive feedback and use it to grow.
    • Confirm your understanding.

This is like two-way communication, you must send the message clearly and the receiver must accepted the message clearly without fail. Then, you must talk in clear and does not assumed that they understand your talk without explain to them.
