Being a leader is not easy. We must be mentally strong to face a variety of obstacles. To achieve this, we must discipline ourselves, timely and talk something useful. Great leader aren't born. So this is some general rule that must be apply to become a great leader. 1. Know your team properly. Learn about your employees. Ask about their families or recreational activities they enjoy.
