Rules of the Good Leader

Being a leader is not easy. We must be mentally strong to face a variety of obstacles. To achieve this, we must discipline ourselves, timely and talk something useful. Great leader aren't born. So this is some general rule that must be apply to become a great leader. 1. Know your team properly. Learn about your employees. Ask about their families or recreational activities they enjoy. Politely ask how things are going for them. Doing so will demonstrate that you care about them as human beings and do not consider them just another name on the company payroll. Jot down this information so you don't forget areas that are important to your employee. Be sure to include remote workers. Datu Muahmmad Salleh also known a Mat salleh, he is local Chief from from the lingkabo district  Sugugt River.  The  Mat Salleh Rebellion  was a series of major armed disturbances against the colonial  British North Borneo Chartered Company  administration in  North Borneo , now the  Malaysian  state of  Sabah. The uprising, led by Mat Salleh and his supporter  between 1894 until his death in  Tambunan  in 1900.
