BEING A LEADER NOT ONLY TO LEAD , BUT AS A GOOD LEADER ONCE MUST KNOW HOW TO TRAIN HIS TEAM TO BE PROFESSIONAL AND COMPETENT LIKE HIM WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT BECAUSE A GOOD TEAM MEMBER WHICH HAD BEEN TRAINED MIGHT CAN CORRECT AND RECTIFY HIS LEADER IF ONE DAY HIS LEADER MAKE A MISTAKE SO WHAT WE CAN SAY A GOOD LEADER CAN BE SAVED BY HIS OWN TEAMMATES OR SUBORDINATE IF HE KNOW HOW TO TRAIN HIS TEAMS.

WOLF PACK- CANINE "A wolf pack: the first 3 are the old or sick, they give the pace to the entire pack. If it was the other way round, they would be left behind, losing contact with the pack.
