!!!THE TRUE LEADER!!!

Image
WHAT CAN WE CONCLUDE FROM THE ABOVE'S QUOTES?? MEANING THAT..... THE LEADER DOES NOT ONLY LEAD THE TEAM BUT ALSO TEACH THE TEAM THE LEADER NOT STINGY OF HIS KNOWLEDGE TO TELL OTHER PEOPLE THE LEADER ARE WILLINGLY TO SHARE HIS KNOWLEDGE  THE LEADER ENCOURAGED THE TEAM PLAYER TO BE LIKE HIM CONCLUSION..... BEING A LEADER NOT ONLY TO LEAD , BUT AS A GOOD LEADER ONCE MUST KNOW HOW TO TRAIN HIS TEAM TO BE PROFESSIONAL AND COMPETENT LIKE HIM WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT BECAUSE A GOOD TEAM MEMBER WHICH HAD BEEN TRAINED MIGHT CAN CORRECT AND RECTIFY HIS LEADER IF ONE DAY HIS LEADER MAKE A MISTAKE SO WHAT WE CAN SAY A GOOD LEADER CAN BE SAVED BY HIS OWN TEAMMATES OR SUBORDINATE IF HE KNOW HOW TO TRAIN HIS TEAMS.

LEADERSHIP FROM WOLF PACK-ALPHA WOLF

Image
WOLF PACK- CANINE "A wolf pack: the first 3 are the old or sick, they give the pace to the entire pack. If it was the other way round, they would be left behind, losing contact with the pack. In case of an ambush they would be sacrificed. Then come 5 strong ones, the front line. In the center are the rest of the pack members, then the 5 strongest following. Last is alone, the alpha. He controls everything from the rear. In that position he can see everything, decide the direction. He sees all of the pack. The pack moves according to the elders pace and help each other, watch each other. LESSON LEARNT ; A GOOD LEADER NOT ONLY A LEADER THAT GIVE COMMAND ONLY BUT ALSO PARTICIPATE IN IT.HE WATCH HIS SUBORDINATE FROM BEHIND AND RECTIFY HIS SUBORDINATE IF ANY OF THEM MAKE MISTAKE.ALL IN ALL LEADER CAN SEE EVERYTHING WITH GOOD PERSPECTIVE. Expectations are great, but your daily actions will show how important teamwork is to you and your organization. (2)Be committed to team success and help grow the commitment of others. As the leader of a team you are also part of the team, too.  Yes your role is different, but are you all in for the team? If you aren’t, how can you expect them to be? While being committed yourself is important, you must recognize the importance of ...
