Alam Rankholder Leadership Camp 2017
Hello,
On the last 21st and 22nd January 2017, i had been chosen to attend for Alam Rankholder Leadership Camp. This camp was held as an early stages for all the cadets that whereby their name are selected among the uthers to be the next rankholder for the semester.
The camp had been conducted at Hotel Sentral Melaka, Bandar Melaka. All of the candidates that joining the camp in total around 25 person. The objective of the camp is to develop and sharpen the leadership and teamwork among the person to stand as leader in front of the other follower..
During the 2 days 1 night camp, each one of us are provided with the module that we needed to complete during the time. The module consist of all the steps and skills on how to be as a leader that can lead and conduct the colony.
We are divided into 4 group where each of group has their selected leader to lead the group during all of the activity conducted and solving the problem and crysis coming. At the first time it was very difficult to lead my group because we still dont know each other and less talk. After doing some short ice breaking among the my group member i can see the different and we all started to talk and can work together as a team. So at that time i know that ice breaking is really helpful and the outcome after conducted it really effective for as a step to make a good bonding.
We also been monitored along the camp was been held and our performances are been record from day to day. I really enjoyed because i also can monitored and evaluate about myself whether am i are ready to be a leader or still weak. I also learned abount thr skills and golden tips on how to be a good leader and to make a skillful leader by completed all the modules. Lastly I want to thank to Manager Student Affair Mr Vigneshwaran for conducting this camp
