BENEFIT BEING A LEADER

Hello guys


today what i want to share is that the benefit of being a leader.
we are going to talk the benefit being a leader in general. so hope you guys will understand better on the topic at hand.


  1. first of all is the commonly known by all people which is leader of a nation
  2. second is the leader in class
  3. third is the leader in a project
all of the three above although being different in section. but the general point i wanna tell is that they are all leaders.

the benefit for being a leader is that,
  1. We can improve our communication skill
  2. We can increase our understanding on our team crew.
  3. We can increase our self confidence.
why did i tell this three benefits?

as you can see in the photo below, doesn't it seem that way as a benefit of being a leader?
