LEADERSHIP seem to have different meaning to everyone but first, let we discuss the meaning of leadership




Did leadership came with position or seniority on a company?
It is common to assume a person that has most experience im the company wil be appointed as their leader , but it is sure that leadership didnt come simple when you have reach certain age or certain wages



Did leadership comes when you have a big name or title?
Almost similar to the point discuss before, just simply because you have a big title in a company the value of leadership will not simply be in you. but its agreed that without a big title you can be a leader like in the place of local community, in the neighbourhood and even in your family


What is the differences bertwwen leadership and managemnet?
Well to put it simply leadership need a leader and management require a manager its good that you can manage 10  people to works with you nut can you lead the same 10 guys to achieve their goal Managers need to plan, measure, monitor, coordinate, solve, hire, fire, and so many other things. Typically, managers manage things. leaders lead people.


Does having follower make you a leader
Imagine in a war situation where you are a commander of 20000 soldier, whereas you did not have any war experience, how can you lead your men to fight for you, how you will lead them to victory? having some follower does not make you a leader it just mean you maybe have some power or opinion that is being agreed by some group of people

 So what is leadership?
As simple as it is ,it is agreeable that leadership is the action of leading a group of people or an organization.
