BAMBOO BRIYANI

                                                MY FAVOURITE BAMBOO BRIYANI

Last week me and my family went to this newly opened and unique concept of serving briyani, where they serve it in a bamboo. The shop is located in No.1 jalan sri damak 18,kawasan 16 41200 Klang,Selangor.

The restaurant has been receiving plenty of crowd since they newly opened. The food outlet is only opened during the weekends perhaps that could be the main factor why the shop is always crowded especially during lunch time.Besides that is not the only reason the shop is crowded,it is also due to the fact that the public is fascinated with their cooking.

What makes it so special is that the briyani rice is cooked inside the bamboo tubes which makes the rice to be fragrant and has the smoky taste which me me and my family love it,so does all the guest who are eating in the restaurant. The bamboo leaves are layered with a piece of banana leave, with a bowl of their famous briyani rice, meat and vegetables.Depending on the type of briyani that your ordering.

The briyani that most customers tend to order is their famous mutton briyani, the mutton served was extremely soft and juicy not forgetting the spiciness.Besides that their drinks are also a hit,the restaurants mango lassi was unbelievable.I have never tasted such an amazing mango yogurt lassi, the lassi was thick and you can taste the pure freshness of the mango in it.Its like they just blended the pure mango and serving it to us.

Customers can opt to have a plain briyani too which is rm 7,whereas the chicken briyani is rm11,the mutton briyani is rm 13 per plate and lastly their fish briyani rm 15.Moreover this restaurant also serves nasi lemak which is also cooked inside the bamboo tube.I persoally tried the mutton and fish briyani, and it tasted super good.It was worth spending our time and money on it.As there was so much of hype on the bamboo briyani, hence me and my family decided to give it a try.It was worth the visit as the price was also reasonable.
